We had a great concert 13.5 at Musiikkitalo, Helsinki! A big honor to participate in such a warm hearted concert organised by Kulturkontakt Nord!

A big thank you to everybody involved in producing UMK, and to all of you who voted for us! It was great fun!

It's official Hans on the Bass will participate in the UMK (the Finnish national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest) on February 7th. Follow and vote for us.

2014: The new album "Now Is The Time" is out!

You can buy it in record stores and online at for instance Ginza.se (delivers to Sweden and EU) and Cdon.com (in the Nordic and EU countries).

Hans on the bass – Scandinavia's greatest feel-good pop!

These great musicians all like fresh, tasty songs with a retro vibe. Melodies and beats that ring on in your mind as you happily make your way home. This is music for friends, family and colleagues, on the beach, on a boat, at a party, or just eating Sunday brunch. A relaxed soundtrack for the great moments in life.

The band has released thre albums in Finland (fourth album coming out 24.3.2017): "Scandinavian breakfast", "Helsinki – Stockholm" and "Now is the time". All albums have received good airtime on both commercial and national public service radio stations. "When the kids move out" from the previous album reached number six on the singles chart of Radio Suomi, the biggest radio station in Finland, and "You you you (Riviera version)" from the latest album reached number four. Now is the time can also be heared in both Sweden and Finland in shops, department stores, shopping centres, airports and other public places.
